Insurance

For your convenience, we accept most insurance plans. We also accept cash, credit card payments and personal checks. Payments toward copays and patient balances are due prior to your scheduled appointment. Any additional payments can be made in person, by mail or by phone. 

 We are happy to work with your insurance company; however, to avoid confusion, we suggest all patients also speak directly with the insurance company regarding copays, deductibles, and coverage prior to scheduling an appointment.  To better serve you, we've provided links to the major insurance carriers below.
