Next Generation Family Practice to Become Patient Central
Next Generation Family Practice, PLLC is excited to announce our practice will become Patient Central as of January 4, 2016.
Patients will benefit from extended hours, urgent care services 365 days a year, and additional on-site services, including labs, x-rays and cardiovascular consultations provided by Same Day Heart Care. Our new facility will be located at 2510 Lake Lansing Rd. across from Eastwood Towne Center.
We will continue to provide further updates as the transition draws near. We hope you will continue to trust us with your care.

Next Generation Family Practice is a Patient-Centered Medical Home, which means we incorporate a proactive, team approach to primary care.
Shannon Mobley D.O., Laurie Gulick D.O, and Holly Barone PA-C. will work together, with our team of health care professionals, to provide each patient with exceptional care. Our services include: general visits, urgent appointments, wellness exams, osteopathic manipulation, massage and acne treatments.
New patients are always welcome. Please call (517) 853-0781 to schedule an appointment. For your convenience, we also offer early morning, lunch-time and evening appointments. Most patients can be seen within 24 hours.
Our providers can also be reached after hours through our answering service at (517)930-5151. If you are in urgent need of medical help, you may require a same-day office visit, urgent care visit or emergency room care. When in doubt call us first!

In order to use our new portal, you must complete the Portal Consent Form. To protect patient information, we are not able to transfer existing accounts to the new portal without a signed consent on file.
- The ability to ask direct questions of our staff
- Prescription refill requests
- Access to chart information including a health summary, medication list, and demographic information. (You can also request to view lab results)
- The ability to search available appointments and schedule your own, or place yourself on the wait-list if you cannot find a time that works for you.
