About Us

Next Generation Family Practice is a Patient-Centered Medical Home, which means we incorporate a proactive, team approach to primary care.

Shannon Mobley D.O., Laurie Gulick D.O, and Holly Barone PA-C. will work together, with our team of health care professionals, to provide each patient with exceptional care. Our services include: general visits, urgent appointments, wellness exams, osteopathic manipulation, massage and acne treatments.

For your convenience, we accept most insurance plans. We also accept cash, credit card payments and personal checks. Payments toward copays and patient balances are due prior to your scheduled appointment. Any additional payments can be made in person, by mail or by phone.

We are happy to work with your insurance company; however, to avoid confusion, we suggest all patients also speak directly with the insurance company regarding copays, deductibles, and coverage prior to scheduling an appointment.
